Code of Conduct

Mission Statement

Eternal Damnation is dedicated to the promotion of Brotherhood through the active participation both in and outside of the gaming world. We accomplish this goal by encouraging our members to grow as individuals and develop their interests. We provide support for members in-game by dominating in competition, and assisting members in co-operative modes. Outside of games, we seek to develop member interests in any way we can manage.

-(E|D)- is built on a Democratic system that emphasizes member participation in nearly every facet of clan operations. We understand that Demos Kratos, the Greek origin of Democracy, is “rule by the people” and we strive to include members in designing the clan around their needs.

-(E|D)- was founded by ShadoWhite on the basis of honor, respect, and skill.

-Honor-

We expect representatives of -(E|D)- to have honesty, fairness, and integrity in their beliefs and actions. If you are not true to yourself, how can you be worthy of the trust of your clan mates? It is through honor that the character of a person grows, and we expect each member to grow as an individual while they are with -(E|D)-.

-Respect-

Respect for oneself and for others shows maturity and an understanding of appropriate social action. -(E|D)- members must respect themselves before they can truly respect others. It is this respect for others, either friend or foe, that elevates members of -(E|D)- to a higher standard. It is expected of each member to remain respectful, on and off the forums, even if they disagree with someone or should they be disrespected.

-Skill-

Members of -(E|D)- have many talents. We expect individuals to be able to function in a game, since that is our reason for existing, but members do not have to be the best. Through being with -(E|D)- a member will grow in skill within games, and outside of them. What an individual brings to the table, and what they are willing to learn, will determine their experience with -(E|D)-.

As a member of -(E|D)-, you will be expected to uphold the virtues that we founded upon. This document will guide you through your career with -(E|D)- and help you develop as an individual outside of the clan. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in your removal from the clan.
